E-venti Kazakhstan implemented the 2nd stage of the Information Campaign "Improving the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises" together with the Ministry of National Economy of the republic of Kazakhstan. As part of this stage the full media concept was developed including the website and SMM.
In Kazakhstan, the Ministry of National Economy is implementing a project of non-financial support "Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises." ⠀ ⠀
The objectives of the project are: - an increase in certified suppliers among SMEs for large companies; - optimization of management and business processes of SMEs up to 75% of the number of project participants; - analysis of the feasibility of creating a pilot factoring platform based on the best international experience; - Strengthening the work and increasing the number of business coaches, curriculum developers, specialists in assessing benefits in the field of introducing advanced international techniques.
In addition to training, advising representatives of enterprises, the Project is engaged in the promotion of the 6 most competitive clusters in the country. It includes the pharmaceutical, construction, tourism, furniture, dairy and milling industries. To do this, selected projects in Akmola, Karaganda, Kostanay, Turkestan, Almaty regions and Almaty, where experts are already analyzing the market of industries, assessing the opportunities and risks of clusters, as well as developing a strategy for each sector. Bonus for cluster companies are direct recommendations to improve the efficiency of their enterprises.
Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, Kazakhstan Industry and Export Center and a number of consulting companies are taking part in the large-scale project.
